1.Do I need to have an account to order?

Yes, you can register with your mobile phone or mailbox, you can also place an order as a guest.

2.What if I forgot my password?
On the login page, click “Lost password?” and you’ll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

3.What payment options are available?
We currently take credit card payments in the form of Visa,Paypal.

4.Is my payment information safe?
Your payment is secure. We use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

5.How long will it take for my payment to be processed?
Most Order Payments Will Be Processed And Authorized Within 48hours.

6.How can I cancel or change my order?

7.Can I use several discount codes in one order?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

8.What if I typed the wrong order information?
Please contact us, so we can change your address, name, and phone number .

9.How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. No return is allowed in principle without quality problems.
